 Saturday, January 13, 2007  What a Suck Company!!! @ 12:35 PM On Thursday, I have my cheque from the previous company and to my surprise they dare to short pay mi 2 days pay, which mean the 1st n 2nd Jan which is the Public holiday. By right, they shld pay mi the two pays even I am still under probation and i was a Perm staff there n nt a temp staff there. After I told the HR that my last day will be on Monday and I ask her tat they will pay mi 5 days pays right included 1st n 2nd den the HR gal sae Ya. By right, they should pay mi immed on my last day but becoz i forgot to bring my badge on tat day so they sae they will send mi the cheque to my hse den i sae ok.So on Thursday, I rec the cheque and inside there is no payslip n onli a payment voucher which indicate the pay is for 3rd, 4th and 8th which is onli for 3 days n immed i swear and curse.On Friday morning, before i called them to clarfiy the matter, i called up MOM and ask that if the company refused to pay mi tat 2 days, can I lodge a complaint on them ant n MOM said that I can lodge a complaint and after tat i called up CPF and ask if the 5 days pay, do i need to pay CPF ant den the staff said that I dun nid to pay but the companu hve to pay for mi coz the amount is small onli company hve to pay. So i called the companyI ask the account gal why they short-pay mi den she sae she check ler den let mi koe den i ask her when she can let mi koe if nt she always sae wait n wait n wanna wait till when den she sae she ltr called mi. Abt an hr ltr, she no called mi but she SMS mi sae tat she short-pay mi for the 2 days n she dun even apology. I called her again and ask her to remember to pay the CPF for mi and she ask mi this thing dun nid mi to tell her as she koe wat to do den i sae her bk tat i afraid u forget again tat y i remind u lor den she ask mi to check my CPF a/c den i sae dun nid u sae i oso will go check wan den i slam her fone.She thought she short-pay mi den i will at there quiet ar, even they short-pay mi S$5, i oso will make a big fuss. Actually I dun intend to ask them to contribute this week CPF for mi wan but since she so K.L den let See who is more K.L la. Wanna cheat mi, i think she dun koe who to write the words "DIE" in both chinese and English.So on the 1st week of March, i wanna go check my CPF a/c n c if she gt contribute CPF for mi ant if dun hve den i will nt bother to call them again n i straight go CPF board n complaint.
