Buffet is paid by her beloved daughters and son and cake is paid by her beloved grandchildren. That day i think she received a lot of Ang Bao from us and beside receiving Ang Bao from us, she oso received alot of present.
Hubby wanna buy MP3 so on Monday we decided to go causeway point and purchase 1 and at the same time we went to watch The Mummy. We went to Courts and straight we walk to the MP3 section. I appoached a guy which I think is about 20+ and ask him about the function of the product. The answer he gave me seems like he does not know the product well and so i ask him if we can test the product ant den he sae cannt test so after much consideration, we buy Philips which cost us at $69. We told the guy the model which we want and he open a memo to hubby and ask him go and buy and ltr come back and take the product. I am so surprise that he did not ask us to check the player 1st before asking us to pay. I was so angry that I went to sae him off.
Mi: Y u did not let us check before asking us to pay, if spoilt hw?
Sales: If spoilt, than u come back and change lah?
Mi: I stay till so far den ask mi all the way come bk and change ar
Sales: If u wanna check than check lor.
he open the box and put in the battery and on the player for me. At the point, i already fuming with fire ler
Sales: The sticker on the screen u cannt peel off and u just c there have light than shld be ok.
Mi: If I go back and peel off the sticker den spoilt hw
Sales: than u come back and change lor, u have to pay 1st before u can peel off and this is Bo Bian
C wat he sae, he told me BO BIAN and the moment i heard this word, i throw the product to him and i went off looking for hubby ler and complaint to him and at there i sae till very loud. This is Courts and the sales is like fucking attiude and he ask mi isit wanna complaint den i sae for wat. I wanna put in my blog and let everyone read and koe what kind of sickening service Courts have and I told him that this is my 1st time and oso my last time to buy thing in Courts. Hubby ask me isit dun wanna buy ler den i sae is up to him lor coz is not i pay. Even if next time their product sell at $1 or even free ar, i oso wun go there and buy lor. Even I wanna the product very badly and only Courts sell the cheapest, I rather pay more and buy from other places oso will not go there and buy. We use money to buy the product from them wan lor and is $69 and not $6.90 lor. Till now I am so angry about this.
Actually I am very reluctant to buy things from Courts becoz I heard many people sae that Courts things is those like 2nd hand thing as ppl cannt pay the instalment den they take back and clean and service the product and they sell the product back as 1st hand which I think is not good lor.
