 Saturday, September 19, 2009  @ 12:18 AM Just went down to have our photo chosen and overall is still ok. We need to choose 30 photos out of the 100+ that we took. Hubby and I agreed with each other that we did not want extra photos coz we feel that is a waste of money coz once the album is done and people see for a day and after that is kept in the drawer to collect dust so we think 30 fotos is more than enough for us. We happily choose our foto and happily without realise that we chosen 39 fotos which mean 9 pcs extra. This 9 pcs cost us abt 700+ which I think is nt really worth it. The staff assisting us told the boss to give us discount and the boss came over and serve us. When we told her that we do not have the intention to have extra photo, her attitude towards us change, she persude us in getting it and ask us to re choose the foto again and this time she will help us with it and after tat guess what extra 12 pcs. I was at there looking at the fotos again and again and this round she gave us faces see. She just told us that since u all want only 30 pcs than go ahead with 30 pcs and I told her ok lor, I take out another 12 pcs which i dun wan den I take only 30 pcs. After that she just walk away. This kind of stupid service dun expect me to introduce people go lor. We are not stingy or wat, is just that I feel that is not worth paying so much for the fotos that are kept in the drawer collecting dust. Don't care what she going to tell people about us. When my wedding are over, I sure will go to the forum and tell everyone about this. Even hubby oso not happy with her attitude. When we sign their package that time, they will tell us very nice but after that is service is like shit lor.
